​Zain Bahrain is set to offer superior customer experience by completing a major revamp of its retail outlets – a total of 22 shops and kiosks spread across the Kingdom of Bahrain.

The new retail experience is announced as the operator is gearing up to launch its new and most modern network by the first quarter of this year. The new state-of-the-art network will turn Zain Bahrain into one of the most technically advanced operators in the world introducing a whole new realm of exciting high-speed digital content capabilities to its customers.

The enhanced Zain Bahrain stores are designed in a vibrant colorful theme and a friendly meet and greet environment and aims to provide a one-stop destination including education, support, and hands-on demonstrations of products and services. The new design was carefully developed based on customer insight and to meet the growing demand for service innovations.

The ‘enhanced shops’ represents an overhaul of the retail experience and will include elements focusing on various aspects such as a product area carrying all the latest devices and a Self Service Machines for fast transactions.

Zain Bahrain has also gone the extra mile by providing a dedicated SIGNATURE team member and technical support area within five different locations to serve customer needs.

“The new retail experience is designed to educate, engage, and give hands-on time to customers,” said Mr Ammar Al Ketbi, Retail and Franchise Outlets Manager at Zain Bahrain.

“We pride ourselves in providing a superior retail experience that speaks to our customers. The ‘enhanced shops’ will also offer more ease and convenience to our growing customer base. A key element introduced is the Customer Management System which allows our customers to schedule an appointment with at a Zain retail outlet based on their busy schedule," he said.

“For now customers will have to schedule appointments in person at one of our shops and we will soon launch the services on our website, application and Contact Centre,” he added.

The enhanced Zain shops will include other features in the near future that will create an interactive and engaging environment that will differentiate Zain Bahrain in the marketplace.
