Upon successful activation of Android watch Cellular service, a dedicated 2GB quota will be allocated for you watch (Hard Cap). All your calls/SMS usage will be consumed from your cellular package allowance. Customer can top up his watch quota if needed through USSD.
How many cellular watches can be activated?
Customer can have 1 cellular watch activated per line.
Can I cancel the Cellular service at any time?
You can cancel the Cellular service at any time, there is no minimum term.
What should I do if I lose my Android Watch Cellular?
If your Android watch is lost or stolen, you can deactivate the service from Zain App à My Services à Eligible Services à eSIM à Android Watch.
Is there a limit to the minutes I use, the number of SMS?
This will depend on the number of SMS and Minutes allowance within the Postpaid/Prepaid plan you are subscribed to originally.
What will happen if Prepaid users didn't renew their wearable plan?
Prepaid customers should ensure that the original offer is active in order to enjoy the Android watch service.
If the original offer is inactive, then the watch service will stop.
Once the customer adds balance to their prepaid line, first priority it will activate the prepaid offer, then there will be a check to see if there is sufficient balance to activate the Android watch service (BD1.1 per month).
