Manama – 27 November 2019: Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications provider in the Kingdom, hosted more than 50 university students from Al Ahlia and Gulf University in Bahrain for an educational trip in Zain Bahrain Head Quarter.

The university students got first-hand experience of Zain Bahrain operator's vibrant internal culture and behind-the-scenes observation of Zain's marketing team process through spending 3 hours at Zain Bahrain. Students received an overview of Zain's marketing strategies on mobile telecommunication products and services, how marketing communication works and their marketing research methods and analysis; all presented by Zain Bahrain marketing, Communication and Business Analysis team employees.

The overall experience was greatly beneficial for the marketing and the public relations major university students; where they learned about marketing practices from the individuals who are directly involved in Zain Bahrain marketing process.

The initiative comes under Zain Youth Empowerment Program which aim is to give university students a unique opportunity to gain work experience while pursuing their study. Participated students get exposed to real business world challenges that will sharpen their employability skills and make them ready to take their first career steps following their graduation.
