Further demonstrating their dedication to supporting working mothers, Zain Bahrain unveiled a new wellness during the gathering. This dedicated space offers comfortable amenities for all women in Zain Bahrain and especially mothers returning to work after childbirth, fostering a more inclusive and supportive work environment for everyone.
The telco has also enhanced its Groupwide Family Leave Policy in addition to the previous family, guided by gender equality offering; extended leave for new mothers, paternity leave, and support for miscarriage. This commitment to comprehensive family support complements the company's ongoing efforts to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
As part of the celebration, Zain Bahrain also hosted inspirational talks from successful women within the company, further empowering and motivating the workforce.
