1. How many devices I can take?
- Customer can take 1 device worth of up to BD300 on Family plan 2.
2. How to add or remove lines?
- You can visit any of our shops or through Zain App
3. How do I assign data/minutes to each line in my Family Plan?
- You can assign data/minutes to each line using Family section in Zain App
4. How do I restrict or allow data usage during specific time slots?
- You can control data usage during specific time slots using Family section in Zain App
5. How can I enable or disable International/Roaming/VAS services?
- You can enable or disable these services using Family section in Zain App
6. Can I monitor my child's data usage?
- Yes, with our Family Plan you can easily monitor your child's data usage
7. What happens if we exceed the plan data limit?
- Usage is limited to the threshold of the package selected. If consumed, the service will downgrade to narrowband speeds
8. What happens if we exceed the plan voice limit?
- Voice calls for other local operators will be blocked, however calls for Zain network and emergency calls will continue to be available.
9. Is there a contract period for the Family Plan?
- No by default no commitment period part of the family plan, however other commitments are applicable when having special numbers, Mifi/Routers on installments or other installments in general.
