      • - Yes, with our Family Plan you can easily monitor your child's data usage

    7. 7. What happens if we exceed the plan data limit?
      • - Usage is limited to the threshold of the package selected. If consumed, the service will        downgrade to narrowband speeds

    8. 8. What happens if we exceed the plan voice limit?
      • - Voice calls for other local operators will be blocked, however calls for Zain network and      emergency calls will continue to be available.

    9. 9. Is there a contract period for the Family Plan?
      • - No by default no commitment period part of the family plan, however other commitments are    applicable when having special numbers, Mifi/Routers on installments or other installments in    general.
