- Coverage: Our extended covers smartphones and tablets purchased from Zain, whether through installments, subsidies, or cash sales.
- Choose between a 12-month or 24-month warranty to extend your device protection by an additional 12 months. Enjoy flexible installment options: BD2.2 per month for 12 months or BD1.1 per month for 24 months or get it for BD26.4 once off.
- Foldable Devices: Get peace of mind knowing that our extended warranty service also covers foldable devices, providing complete protection for your innovative gadgets.
- Device Value: The extended warranty applies to devices with a maximum value of BD700 and a minimum value of BD50.
- Repair or Replacement: In the event of device malfunction, our extended warranty service offers two options for resolution:
- Option 1: Two repairs or one replacement per policy period.
- Option 2: One repair followed by one replacement.
