Zain Bahrain delegation organizes full line up of Ramadan activities for elderly home members

Manama – 17 June, 2016:
More than 20 Zain Bahrain employees, customers and partners paid a visit to the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) Elderly Home in Isa Town, where they arranged a full entertainment program for the centre's members. The activities included a traditional fraisa band playing Gergaon music, a cooking demonstration which served a range of Ramadan delights, and traditional games. The visit was also educational for the volunteers, who got the opportunity to chat with the elderly men and women at the home about the old days in Bahrain. The delegation included visiting interns from France, Bulgaria, Tunisia and Hong Kong from international youth organization AIESEC, which Zain Bahrain sponsors in the Kingdom.

Zain Bahrain is also running a collection campaign for two causes, the elderly and people with Down's Syndrome, which continues until the end of Ramadan. If you are a Zain Bahrain customer and want to support it, text "1" to the number 94440 to support the elderly cause and send "2" to the same number to donate to the Down's Syndrome cause. Each text collects BD1 for the respective cause. The amounts collected will be used to buy educational, health and support equipment for the NBB Elderly Center and the Down's Syndrome Care Center in Adliya.
