Zain Bahrain Employee Awarded at the 8th GCC Customer Service Conference

In recognition for his efforts and achievements, Zain Bahrain nominated Mohamed Haider, Service Center and Special Projects Team Leader, for the 'Employee of the year' Award at the 8th GCC Customer Service Conference organized by Origin Group recently at the Diplomat Radisson Hotel.

The annual GCC Customer Service Conference aims at gathering professionals in the customer service field to expand their knowledge through panel sessions and lectures. The award ceremony for all distinguished employees was presented by the international customer service experts Mrs. Linda Moir and Dr. Ahmed Albanna in recognition of the employees' outstanding performance and achievements. 

Mohamed Haider has been in Zain Bahrain's Consumer Marketing and Sales department since 2007. He has maintained an excellent performance in introducing new services and managing customer requests and complaints. His hard work, efforts, perseverance, and ambition made him a perfect candidate for the award.
