Zain Bahrain Appoints New Director of Human Resources

Zain Bahrain (BSE: ZAINBH), a telecommunications industry innovator in the Kingdom, announced the appointment of Rana Al Majed as Director of Human Resources. Al Majed joined Zain Bahrain in 2003 as a Sales Agent, later moving to the Human Resources department, where she conducted job analyses and helped the company select the right people as part of its Talent Management Unit. Her career journey covers the full spectrum of the field of human resources, including stints in the Learning and Development Unit, the Compensation and Benefits Unit, and the Recruitment Unit. Al Majed will lead Zain Bahrain's Human Resources department in her new capacity, utilizing her expertise to create a more resilient and flexible workforce. She will report directly to the CEO.
Zain Bahrain CEO, Duncan Howard said: "Rana has already proven herself to be an integral part of the Zain Bahrain family. With a Master's degree from DePaul University, Executive Coach Level 7 certification from ILM institute and Executive Leadership Program from Oxford Business School, as well as Leading Digital Transformation from IMD Business School; Al Majed is a seasoned professional who brings with her 19 years of experience in human resources and the telecommunications sector.
