The maximum number of claims for Mobiles & Tablets for the duration of the insurance are:
1. 2 claims (only one of them can be for theft) 2. If the device is replaced after any claims, the insurance automatically expires
Unfortunately, the Customer cannot change the insurance period once purchased.
Yes. If the device was unrepairable, it will be replaced with an identical new device, or with one with similar features. The Customer cannot upgrade their phone or tablet. Market value applies for the determination of device value.
No, as the insurance certificate expires once the device is replaced.
Yes, the Customer is eligible to 2 repair operations over the course of the insurance period.
The Customer should report the incident immediately through the hotline at 80078888.
Within the insurance period, no payment is required for:
1.The first two (2) repair procedures 2. The first (1) replacement procedure
Yes, all citizens and residents with a valid CPR can apply.
No, there will not be cash reimbursements from the Insurance Company. The device will be replaced with a new one.
No, software damages are not insured.
