General Terms and Conditions

- Youth eeZee Monthly 8, Super eeZee Monthly 8, eeZee Monthly 7 and eeZee Daily Benefits 7 are available only for lines sold before January 1st 2022

-On consuming full data, the data access will be stopped temporarily until the next renewal. In order to continue enjoying the data services, customers can choose from a variety of single data top-up add- ons or re-subscribe to the add-on.

-Starting from the 15th December 2019 onwards, for eeZee Monthly BD6.6 and eeZee Weekly BD1.650, you can continue enjoying your current add ons if you have sufficient credit upon renewal. If your renewal failed due to insufficient balance within 24 hours from your renewal date, the offer will be shifted to eeZee Monthly BD7.333 and eeZee Weekly BD2.095 respectively.

- eeZee Monthly BD6.6 and eeZee Weekly BD1.650 are available only for lines sold before November 11th, 2019 

- eeZee Weekly BD2.095 are available only for lines sold before December 15th 2020  

-Upon deactivating the addon from the pack, data charges will be applied at a rate of 33 fils/100KB and local calls (Zain & other local networks) 33 fils/minute.

- Zain has the right to withdraw this package at any time.


*Youth eeZee Monthly Terms and Conditions

-New Prepaid Youth Package Applicable only for the age group (16-24)

-Usage of data for tethering will be consumed from the main data allowance only. Upon the full consumption of data allowance, the usage of data for tethering will be disabled.  

-Upon plan activation 5GB data gets added to the line and then incremental 5GB will be added every month (up to 40GB) upon successful add-on renewal. Social data is applicable for What's App, Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & YouTube. Subscribers who opt-out from the addon will lose the 5GB accumulation and start the counter from the beginning.

-Social Media data usage is valid as long as the package's main data allowance is not fully consumed.

- Using Virtual Private Network ("VPN") connections could hamper the ability to identify social media applications' data traffic and usage.

**Super eeZee Monthly BD8\8.500 Terms and Conditions

-TikTok data usage is unlimited as long as the package data allowance is not fully consumed 

-Free International minutes are applicable for one destination only and are subject to change at Zain's discretion.

- Using Virtual Private Network ("VPN") connections could hamper the ability to identify social media applications' data traffic and usage.


*** eeZee Daily benefits Terms and Conditions

- eeZee daily benefits has a validity of 28 days.

*****For a promotional period: Subscribers will enjoy a total of 700 minutes with a daily threshold of 25 minutes per day and a total of 28GB with a daily threshold of 1GB per day. Once the promotion period ends, subscriber will revert back to a total of 560 minutes (20 mins per day) and a total of 14GB (0.5GB per day).

- Data access will be stopped temporarily upon consumption of the daily allocated allowance benefits. However, local minutes will be charged at 17fils/minute until the benefits are refreshed at midnight. Remaining daily benefits will not be carried over.
