Voicemail

With voicemail, you never have to worry about missing an important call. When you are unable to answer your incoming calls, you can divert them to your voicemail and then listen to your messages later, whenever you have the time. You will receive a notification message on your mobile when you get a voicemail message.

• To access your voicemail while abroad, call +973 36117117.

Credit transfer

Zain eeZee customers can transfer credit from one prepaid line to another by sending ‘T (space) mobile number (space) amount to be transferred’ to 33111.

Call back when busy

This service enables you to activate an automatic call back if the number you are calling is busy or switched off. Our network will monitor that number until it becomes available and connects the call automatically.
