1.     What is eeZee e-go ?

a.     It is our prepaid Internet package.

2.     Why (eeZee e-go)?

a.     To access the internet using our voucher denominations that are available in the market.

b.    No need for monthly commitments.

3.     What does it include?

a.     Initial package includes 200MB and it cost BD2

b.    E-go cost is BD 30.

c.     After you consume the balance you can top-up with any of eeZee top up vouchers to have more volume.

d.    Note: top up through website, Bank channels is not allowed. Only vouchers and electronic vouchers will be allowed.

4.     Can I use internet from normal eeZee line?

a.     No, if you top up with those vouchers on a normal eeZee line it will give you credit and not volume. You need to buy the eeZee e-go package.

5.     Can I send SMS from my data line?

a.     No it is data line only.

6.     Can I transfer credit from / to the line?

a.     No it is not allowed.

7.     What type of vouchers shall I use to top-up?

a.     Physical Vouchers.

b.    E-vouchers.

8.     How about voucher less top-up?  Website? Banks?

a.     Not Allowed for eeZee e-go

9.     What will happen if I finished my volume and I still have validity?

a.     You need to top-up again to use internet.

10.  What will happen if I have Volume and validity?

a.     Volume will be accumulated and validity will take the greatest value.

                                          i.    E.g. if you have 7 days remaining validity and you top-up with a voucher that will give you 14 days, then remaining validity will be 14 days.

11.  What if I didn’t top-up after the 30 days validity.

a.     Your line will stay for another 90 days and then will be deactivate where the company have right to reuse.

 

12.  How can I top-up and check balance on e-go device?

a.     Please refer back to below table:

MF633 (ZTE) devices:

To check Balance:

·         Click my account.

·         My Balance.

·         Find your Balance in the white area.

 

To top-up:

·         Click My account

·         Click Recharge

·         Enter voucher Number

·         Click Send

 

E169/E180 (Huawei) devices:

To check Balance:

·         Click my balance.

·         Pop-up menu will appear with balance written in it.

To top-up:

·         Click Recharge.

·         Enter your voucher number.
