Blackberry Fair Usage Policy:

1. All Applications Downloaded, used from BlackBerry App World™ as well as authorized or promoted by RIM and Zain BH will utilize the (cannot use BlackBerry in the name of a tariff) suggest using “Zain Unlimited for BlackBerry” or the 500 MB Bundle, whichever the customer chooses. E.g. , Instance messaging, Internet Browsing from BlackBerry, e-mails and attachment.

In the event that customer want to stream Audio/Video or other formats then the device might switch the connection to WAP/Internet therefore, the customer will definitely be charged for that data consumption instantly. E.g. streaming video through youtube.com or any other streaming websites or applications as streaming is not supported by default on BlackBerry Device.

2. Using any BlackBerry provisioned SIM card on any other terminal, device, unit i.e. Mobile Phone, PC, Laptop, Data cards & modems or any other device, other a than BlackBerry smartphone will not be considered Free usage & will therefore be charge according to the selected service plan.

3. When the customer is using the 500MB Zain Data Bundle on/from or with BlackBerry he/she will be charged at the rate of 3 fils/3 KB once the allocated Zain data bundle from on or with BlackBerry is consumed.
