  • The agent will request your account number
  • Tell the agent how much money you require
  • The agent will send you a request to your mobile phone
  • If the amount is the same as you requested , click Yes
  • You be requested to enter your mPIN (your secret code). Enter you mPIN
  • The agent will get confirmation and hand you the money
