Zain Bahrain previously announced that as it is in the final stages of implementing its new network, service interruptions may occur. Customers in some areas of the Kingdom faced a temporary service disruption. “We apologize for any inconvenience faced by our customers and ensure them that the team is working around the clock to complete the implementation of the new network with minimal interruptions.” A company spokesman said.

“We expect to launch our new network before the end of the first quarter. Zain Bahrain thrives to offer the best services and is confident that its investment in the New Network will ensure a superior experience for its customers.” Added the spokesman.

Placing customer service and satisfaction as an integral part of its growth, Zain Bahrain is currently in the final stages of its New Network implementation which may cause temporary service interruptions. Once launched, the new network will offer stronger coverage, faster speeds, superior call quality, and overall a remarkably better experience for its customers.
