Customers in some areas of the Kingdom faced a temporary service disruption. “We apologize for any inconvenience faced by our customers and ensure them that the team is working around the clock to complete the implementation of the new network with minimal interruptions.” A company spokesman said.

“We expect to launch our new network before the end of the first quarter. Zain Bahrain thrives to offer the best services and is confident that its investment in the New Network will ensure a superior experience for its customers.” Added the spokesman.
