Sign up for Direct Debit
The Direct Debit service is a scheduled payment instruction set up by a customer. It is an automatic payment conducted through a credit card or bank account.
With a credit card, you will need to provide us with the card details (number, expiry date & CVV), and Zain will automatically handle your bill payments upon each bill cycle as per the amount you have specified.
With a bank account, you will need to sign off a direct debit mandate form at a Zain outlet. Once the information is validated and approved by your bank and Benefit, Zain will start paying your bills automatically upon each bill cycle.
It is an easy and popular way of ensuring your bills are settled hassle-free and on time.
