iPhone troubleshooting:
1- Click on the following link to chat with a Customer Care representative, and ask to enable 4G service. Live Chat
2- if 4G service is enabled and you still can't connect to it, please try the following:
Settings > Cellular > LTE should be enabled.
3- If you still can't connect to 4G, try the following:
Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Android troubleshooting:
